Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sunset West Legal Group, PC, doing business as Los Justicieros (“Los Justicieros,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit losjusticieros.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our online forms and chat. It also explains your choices and the rights available to California residents.

Submitting information through this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after we agree to represent you in a signed written agreement.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you fill out a consultation or contact form.
  • Information about your accident, injuries, insurance, or case that you choose to share with us through forms, chat, phone calls, text messages, or email. This may include health and medical information.
  • Anything else you choose to include when you communicate with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage information, such as browser type, operating system, IP address, pages viewed, time on page, and the website or ad that referred you.
  • Marketing source information, such as the ad campaign, keyword, and ad click identifier that brought you to the Site. Our forms capture these details along with your submission.
  • Call tracking information. We use CallRail to show a tracking phone number on the Site. When you call it, CallRail records information such as the number you call from, the date, time, and length of the call, and the marketing source that led to the call.
  • Information collected by cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, described in Section 3.

2. How We Use Information

  • To respond to your inquiry, evaluate your potential claim, and schedule a consultation.
  • To contact you by phone, text message, and email about your inquiry, as described in the consent notice on our forms.
  • To represent you if we agree in writing to take your case.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including preventing spam and fraud (for example, with Google reCAPTCHA).
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including understanding which ads and campaigns lead to inquiries.
  • To comply with legal and professional obligations and to protect our rights.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

When you first visit the Site, a cookie banner lets you choose which categories to allow. Until you accept, only necessary technologies load. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link or the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer.

  • Necessary (always on): technologies needed for the Site to work, including remembering your cookie choice, Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on our forms), and CallRail call tracking.
  • Statistics: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which help us understand how visitors use the Site.
  • Experience: embedded services such as Google Maps and Google Translate.
  • Marketing: the Google Ads tag and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which measure ad results and let us show ads to people who visited the Site; and the LegalVoice chat widget, which provides our website chat and visitor identification tools that may match your visit to contact information.

We use Google Consent Mode, so Google’s advertising and analytics tags respect your consent choices. To learn more about how Google and Meta use data, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Meta Privacy Policy.

4. How We Share Information

  • Service providers who help us run the Site and our practice, such as website hosting, call tracking (CallRail), website chat (LegalVoice), spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), and communication tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners (Google and Meta), if you allow Statistics or Marketing technologies. Under California law, sharing information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising is considered “sharing,” and you can opt out as described in Section 6.
  • As required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, our firm, or others.
  • With your direction or consent, such as with medical providers or insurers when we represent you.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Text Messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your inquiry or case. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of hiring us.

6. Your Choices

  • Cookie settings: change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link.
  • Do Not Sell or Share: use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer and turn off Marketing.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sharing, and Marketing technologies stay off for that browser.
  • Texts and email: reply STOP to any text message, or ask us to stop contacting you.

7. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and to receive a copy of it.
  • Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for legal or professional reasons).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including through the Global Privacy Control signal.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We use sensitive information you provide, such as health information about your injuries, only to evaluate and handle your legal matter and as otherwise permitted by law.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Categories of personal information we have collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone number, IP address); internet and network activity (pages viewed, referring site, ad click identifiers); geolocation inferred from IP address (approximate); audio and call information (call tracking data); information about your accident and injuries, which may include health information (sensitive personal information); and inferences used for advertising. We collect this information from you, from your device, and from our service providers and advertising partners, for the purposes described in Section 2, and disclose it to the categories of recipients described in Section 4. We share identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, unless you opt out.

How to submit a request: call us at (310) 282-8888 or use our contact form and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will verify your request by matching information you provide with information we have. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of your permission. We will respond within 45 days, as required by law.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including evaluating and handling your matter, and as required by law and the professional rules that apply to attorneys. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through web forms or chat when a phone call would work.

10. Children

This Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

11. Links to Other Sites

The Site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
